Build a Club
Want to build a Key Club at your school? Here's what you do step by step:1) Order a Key Club building kit. Click here to order.
2) Go to a local Kiwanis Club and ask them to sponsor a Key Club at your school. Kiwanis is the adult community service organization that sponsors Key Club. To find the Kiwanis Clubs closest to you, contact a Leuitenant Governor.
3) Schedule a meeting with your school administration. The purpose of this meeting should be to receive permission to start a Key Club. Bring a few Kiwanians to this meeting.
4) Once you have received permission to start the Key Club it is time to find members. Remember you need at least fifteen people to start a Key Club. Send in the charter for a new club, you will find this in the new club building kit.
5) Start holding meetings and service projects.
Don't worry, building a Key Club isn't as hard as it sounds. And we have plenty of people to help you along the way.
