Dues Information

[When are dues due?]

Membership dues are due on November 1st.
Your club must have their dues in by January 1st (though they would be incredibly LATE) to be able to attend District Convention in April.

[Important Dates to Remember]

October 1: Dues for the new fiscal year are payable.
November 1: Postmarked date for Early Bird dues
December 1: Dues officially become DUE

Your club should have ALL your dues in by November 1st.
However, we are giving you until April 11th to get the dues in.

[What\'s Early Bird?]

Early Bird is an incentive for clubs to get those dues in early! If all the Key Clubs in a division get their dues in by October 10, that division will be considered Early Bird and will receive benefits at the District Convention.

[How much are dues?]

For Pacific Northwest Key Clubs, dues are $11.50 per person.

[Why turn in dues?]

Because you need to be a paying member in order to participate in Key Club activities! And, as a paying member, you get a membership card, pin, and a subscription to Key Noter. Also, the earlier your club turns in your dues, closer to the front you get to sit at District Convention!

[How do you turn in dues?]

Dues are payable online. If you have your club access code and password, go here to generate your invoice.

[I don\'t have my club access code and password!]

The confidential club access code and password information was mailed to each Key Club\'s school around late August and early September. If your club has somehow not received it or has lost it, you can do three things.

1. Contact either your Lieutenant Governer, District Treasurer, or the District Administrator

2. You can call 1-800-KIWANIS.

When requesting your access code and password, always remember to include your club name, key number, and contact information.
